Experience unlike other research firms.

Most research suppliers’ experience is on the “supplier side.”  This means they are great at executing studies and delivering research reports.  But most don’t understand the issues and challenges faced by those on the “client side.”  Our experience is somewhat different.  We have been researchers on the client side; we’ve been the client side research head at a Fortune 500 firm; and even a division head responsible for the P&L.  It is this different experience and perspective that provides much more meaningful, insightful, actionable results.  We see things others do not.
